| Graduate School of Industry |
Modern industries require and encourage us to study continuously for the acquisition of the state
of art technologies and advanced information on science and technology. To satisfy these
social needs, the Graduate School of Industry, which is composed of twenty departments, offers
the student to the opportunity of learning new and advanced knowledge of science and technologies.
Furthermore, to realize the goal of lifelong education and the university-industry cooperation, it offers
evening classes to the student. An enrollment in the Graduate School of Industry is one hundred two
students except the foreign applier. |

| Graduate School of Business Administration, Public Administration & Foreign Languages |
In modern society, the proficiency in foreign languages and advanced background in business
administration are common requirements. In this Graduate School, the student can continue their
academic pursuit in these areas, while also working in their fields since the classes are offered in the
evening. The Graduate School is composed of five majors (English, Chinese, Business Administration,
Public Administration, and Tourism Management) and thirty students are enrolled annually except the
foreign applier.
The foreigner who wants to apply to one of the Graduate Schools should have below qualification
and the appliers will be enrolled with a special admission plan. The qualification and the admission
procedures for both Graduate Schools are as follows; |

| Qualification for Admission |
Aliens in KOREA: Aliens who has obtained (or will obtain) a B.S. degree or B.A. degree in KOREA or
in Foreign Country.
Residents in the outside of KOREA:The student who has completed the element and secondary
education in the outside of KOREA and has obtained B.S. degree or B.A. degree in their country.
Admission Procedures; The Admission Schedule will be announced in June for the Fall Semester
and in December for the Spring Semester every year and the general process of admission is as follows; |

1. Please download the following documents and fill in all the required fields, and send them to the
administrative office of Graduate School (Please see the bottom side to get the information of
mailing and e-mail addresses).
- Application Form: the first form
- Study Plan: the second form
- Certificate of Graduation in undergraduate school
- Certificate of Academic Record
- A Recommendation: the third form
- Self Introduction Essay: free style
- An Affidavit of Financial Support
- A Copy of Passport and Identification Card
All documents should be original and the applier should notarize the documents that are written in
English on your site. The applier should submit the translated document into KOREAN for every
document that is produced in his (or her) country.
2. Reviewing the documents that the administrative office has received.
3. The chairman of related department will make a phone call to the appliers in order to discuss
the study plan and the financial support and so on.
4. The Graduate School is going to score and grade the applier’s academic achievement and will
held the conference with the committee of the Graduate School in order to enroll the qualified students.

After these admission procedures, the applier’s advisor (or the administrative office) will kindly
guide your all immigration processes.
Caution: In case of the resident, the applier will not be permitted to work without
the approval of immigration office and will be forcefully returned to their country
when they violate this rule. |

| Scholarship in CJNU |
During the studying, the Graduate School will select him (or her) as a scholarship student by
the nomination of his (or her) advisor and CJNU will provide below financial support;
- Honored Students: Reduction of Tuition Fee (about 10 %/ to 50 %, which will be determined
by the committee of Graduate School annually), Full Scholarship depending on his (or her)
research activities. |

| Dormitory for the New Foreign Students in CJNU |
The foreign student can reside in a dormitory which is located in CJNU and should notify the
tendency when he (or she) submits the application form. The Graduate School will select the
candidate and offer a dormitory during the semester. |
Undergraduate
