In this global age of the 21st century, English is the widely recognized international language and
graduates today are required to be competent in the English language wherever he or she may work.
In other words, in order to ascertain a successful career, students would benefit from a proficiency
in English. Recognizing this social requirement and current trends, the English department offers
an intensive educational curriculum designed for the maximal development of speaking, listening,
reading and writing abilities, and an in-depth understanding of English linguistics and literature. |

The students majoring in Practical English will be trained to have fluency in both spoken and written

The educational goal of the Chinese Department is to develop specialists in China that is emerging
as the world leader. For the achievement of this goal, the Chinese Department is inviting Chinese
professors from the prestigious universities in China and their lectures are deepening the students¡¯
understanding of Chinese culture. Moreover, through the academic exchange program with the sister
universities in China, the students will have good chances to develop Chinese speaking abilities.

The students majoring in Pubic Management Information System are trained to be specialists
in public administration and IT area. They will also be trained to acquire scientific problem solution
